The BLUE-TEC coating acts as a powerful thermal and anti-friction shield, significantly extending the service life of the cutting edges compared to uncoated tools. This prevents cold welding of chips and enables optimal dry machining performance on demanding materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, nickel alloys, and cast iron. Its ZYB end-cut configuration enables the finishing of 90° internal angles and flat bottoms without requiring tool changes.
