The "Easy-Change" quick-change system of the "POWER-MAX" drill bit series for almost unlimited use on hand drills, pillar drills, radial drills, lathes and hollow drills.

The POWER-MAX range of hole saws allows the processing of wood and chipboard. It is also ideal for drilling non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and brass and ideal for drilling plastics, CFK/GFK and sandwich material.

POWER-MAX hole saws are available in a diameter range from 14 to 150 mm, with cutting depths from 12 to 60 mm.

Handheld machines:

• Recommended maximum diameter 40 mm.
• Recommended maximum cutting depth 50 mm.
• Maximum possible cutting depth 55 mm.

Stationary drilling rigs and core drilling machines:

• Recommended maximum diameter 150 mm.
• Recommended maximum cutting depth 50 mm.

USE:
For material thicknesses greater than 15 mm it may be necessary (depending on the chip flow) to lift the drill bit and remove the chips several times. If drilling the maximum depth of cut, remove the ejector spring.

Only use a good metal cutting oil (see art. 601150).
