Portable, compact and weight-limited generator that, by discharging capacitors, allows to weld closure taps up to Ø 8 mm in a few milliseconds on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with optimal aesthetic results and without alteration of the underlying sheet.
The welding of the closing plug is simple and immediate, it does not need shielding gas nor does it require any particular work or preparation of the part.

Its technical characteristics make it ideal for the welding of aluminum or steel bolts in the bodywork sector and also for other applications such as the transformation of vehicles, the fixing of panels or internal components, etc.
The great maneuverability of the supplied gun, its simplicity of use and the double earth cable, which includes the use of two earth clamps, allow the sealing taps to be welded even in the most difficult to access parts.
The LCD panel allows easy and intuitive display of operating functions such as:
- selection of the material and the diameter of the closing tap
- selection of the base material on which the closing tap must be welded
- indication of the working voltage
- indication of the applied force
- indication of the correct weldability between the sealing plug and the base material
