Special S2 Steel with HRC 58–62 Hardness and Wear-Resistant XZN Profile

The 12-point XZN (spline) profile distributes tightening force symmetrically across the entire bolt head, preventing the profile from rounding off during high-torque operations. The use of ultra-fine-grained S2 alloy steel, hardened to a hardness of HRC 58 to 62, provides elasticity and toughness far superior to conventional chrome-vanadium steel. It absorbs torque spikes without fracturing, thereby extending the tool's service life during intensive use.
