Tierra Tech Ultrasonic-A Ultrasonic Cleaner | 5 kg | Decarbonizing Additive
REF: 691ULA05
Product Description: The Ultimate Cleaning Booster
Tierra Tech's Ultrasonic-A is not a standalone cleaner, but a high-tech additive designed to work in symbiosis with alkaline detergents (such as Ultrasonic-7W). Its formulation, based on non-ionic diluents and surfactants, breaks the surface tension of water, allowing for excellent wetting action. This means that the cleaning solution penetrates even the microporosities of the soot, removing it with amazing ease. Performance and Technical Safety data-path-to-node="9">
Main Function: Acts as a decarbonizing and degreasing booster in degreasing and phosphating baths.
High Concentration: Its performance is exceptional, requiring a minimum dosage of between 0.2% 0.5%, making the 5 kg container a long-lasting investment. Food Certification: Its composition is suitable for cleaning in the food industry, complying with the necessary safety standards for processing plants in Galicia. Physical Properties: Yellow liquid with a characteristic odor, easily miscible in alkaline solutions.
Why is the Ultrasonic-A key in your workshop?
-
Precision Cleaning: Essential for restoring injectors, EGR valves, and turbos where vitrified carbon prevents proper functioning.
-
Bath Optimization: By improving wetting, it reduces the exposure time of the parts in the ultrasonic cleaner, extending the life of the equipment.
-
Versatility: Useful both in engine repair and in cleaning molds and tooling in the plastics or food industries.
Mixing Recommendation in Pilses
Ultrasonic-A to your usual Ultrasonic-7W bath. This chemical combination, enhanced by the cavitation of your Tierra Tech machine, ensures that parts come out of the tank like new, without the need for manual brushing.
