The HP-7 Cut is characterized by its wide, deep, and highly polished flutes. This spaced-helix geometry is optimized to produce continuous, voluminous chips, preventing plastic materials or soft aluminum alloys from adhering to the cutting edge due to heat buildup. It delivers exceptionally fast material removal with a clean finish on lightweight alloys, thermoplastics, and glass- or carbon-fiber-reinforced polymers (GFRP/CFRP).
