Roscamat 500; Capacity M2-M24 (M27)

The performance of the Roscamat 500 is identical to that of the Roscamat 400, but with the advantage of a larger working area thanks to its longer arms. The machine consists of a radial arm with a base brake and two swing arms. The compressed air motor is mounted at the end of the last swing arm. The machine can be secured to a workbench or table using three M8 snail locks. This allows the speed to be adjusted for each thread type. The radial arm and the swing arm rotate on their own axis. The last swing arm always remains perpendicular to the reference plane. The machine incorporates the air unit (filter + regulator + lubricant) for proper motor operation.

The modular system consists of seven quick-change modules (reducers) that adapt to the motor. The seven different output speeds (90, 170, 300, 550, 750, 1050, and 2100 rpm) allow for adaptation to each thread type. The handle (motor holder) allows the swing arm to be balanced to the position most convenient for the operator. Depending on the work being performed (blind or through holes), the modular system allows the use of quick-change tapping chucks with or without a safety clutch. Capacity ranges from M2 to M24 (M27).
