The Mitsubishi GY1G insert with CBN (BC8110) tip is specifically designed for dry machining of hardened steels (HRC 55-65). Thanks to its GFGS geometry, this insert allows for exceptional chip control in grooving operations, eliminating the need for subsequent grinding in many applications in the mold and die industry.

• Quality (Grade): BC8110 (CBN with Coating). Optimized for continuous cutting at high speeds in very hard materials.
