The organic, flame-shaped (WFL) contour is indispensable for profiling operations where the angle of attack is constantly changing. Its progressive tip and curved sides allow for the smoothing of hard-to-reach edges without causing unwanted nicks or flat spots. Thanks to the BLUE-TEC coating, the tool withstands the extreme thermal friction generated during continuous operation on stainless steel, cast iron, and superalloys (up to 60 HRC), preventing premature wear of the cutting edges.
