The BLUE-TEC coating acts as a powerful thermal and anti-friction shield, significantly extending the service life of the cutting edges compared to uncoated tools. This prevents cold-welding of chips and enables optimal dry-machining performance on demanding materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, nickel alloys, and cast iron. Its ZYB configuration with an end-cutting edge and a 25 mm cutting length allow for the finishing of 90° internal corners and deep walls without the need for tool changes.
